In the pre- and post-production of the animation, I undertook all the text editing, planning and communication work, and before each tutorial I would summarise the materials provided by all the people and what they wanted to express, and show them to the teacher in the presentation.
I started by making a mind map from our topic: takeaway, because I felt that we would be able to brainstorm and provide new and better ideas better if we had a mind map that the group could think about.

For our last presentation before Christmas, our programme and job roles were organised as follows

Between Christmas and Easter our plans change.

Because our animation is divided into two parts, the reality and the illusion parts, the blue part is the reality part and the yellow part is the illusion part
During the Christmas period, I was responsible for editing all the storyboards into a rhythmic animatic, and then I asked Bo (who was in charge of Ichihara) to draw this animatic file into Ichihara, but due to Bo’s frequent lack of communication, those of us who were in charge of the backend work had to wait anxiously, and even though I gave the plan for the new version to Bo in March, he still didn’t work according to the plan!

The new plan to Bo
So Yuqi and I reworked our job duties and a schedule and duty list that only the two of us could work on.
Then I did a tally of the backgrounds that Bo and I shared responsibility for, split the backgrounds into three types of precision, and created a new plan

Here’s the plan for the background I’ve set for myself before 1 May
In the last presentation, I recreated a new table of all the people’s duties, as our team member Bo was often sick, so the responsibilities and the work done changed.

After speaking with the teacher, we gave Bo the background work for the illusion section that had not yet been created, and we hoped that he would be able to complete it in subsequent productions.
